What you can expect during this session
Jody will usually start with a relaxing reiki infused full body massage.
Some moments she will hold her hands on your body which infuses the Reiki healing with the power of touch. During the session, you may feel a tingling sensation or heat flowing. Some people feel very relaxed and others have seen colours and some feel an emotional release. The most important thing to remember is to relax as much as possible for the best results.

After your Reiki-infused massage session, it’s a good idea to drink plenty of water. This is to help your body get rid of toxins. If you feel tired, take a nap or at least take some time to relax.
